Hi ya all - Just can't resist helping poor Carl out here

A DateTime is not equivalent to a AGE!

ie 
DateTime - DateTime <> DateTime  
DateTime - DateTime = No of Days 

So you would have to write a function to derive your Age in Year/Month/Days
