I have recently moved from Christchurch to Florida and the company I am now
working for has positions available for experienced Delphi Programmers.
I've managed to convonce them that programmers from N.Z. are not only very
good but also able to do a lot more and pick things up quickly.
Software Application Engineering (SAE), a division of SAE Group, Inc., is
looking for some talented programmers to join our broadcast media
communications development team. SAE is the developer of the world's
leading satellite communications scheduling system for major television and
radio broadcasters and broadcast service providers. We are looking for
proven performers with strong client/server experience in object oriented
mission critical application design and development. Delphi 3 and 4
experience essential. Experience with Oracle SQL is also an advantage.
SAE's primary development group is located in Delray Beach, Florida
(southeast Florida coast midway between Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach).
Our office is just four blocks from the ocean. It is truly a great place to
live, work, and play (hardly ever snows).
Up to 15 % travel may be required. Our domestic customers are located in
New York, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Our international
customers are located in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, Frankfort,
Barcelona, and Tel Aviv (a valid passport will be required).
The company provides sponsorship for an H1-B Visa to work in the U.S. as
well as relocation assistance. However at least a three year bachelors
degree from a recognised University is required (Polytech qualifications
probably be enough for the INS here) as well as 2 years work experience.
