[DUG]: Memory leak - caused by Windows 2000?

About my last post to do with memory leakage.   I have since noticed that if I open up any folder and flip between my application and it my application gains size accord to the task manager.   This happens if my base application is just a blank form doing nothing.   I am running Windows 2000 Release candidate 3. Can someone else who has Windows 2000 check this out?   I am assuming it will be a windows 2000 thing rather than any underlying delphi code.   Another reason to suspect this is that my 5mb exe is loading in at 18mb???
