[DUG]: JPEG and text contents in the file

Can anyone remind me - there is allowances in a JPEG file for various
comments to be included in it. Does anyone know of a component which takes
advantage of this feature, or where I can find out more information for
example how much text and how to insert/remove it from the header
information.
