Because from the same "code base" I am producing:

WinHelp, HTMLHelp and Printed Doco. One input and many outputs. Problem is
the input still uses SHG's....

There is a SHG editor in HelpScribble I think (not freeware).

But why continue to develop WinHelp files when it is a dying standard. At
least
you can use standard tools to develop standard HTML image maps.
