Because this kind of method relate to screen resolution, actually it is a
bit headache. Delphi 5 Enterprise including a Borland Resource Workshop
which you can open any EXE, DLL to extract any resource like bitmaps or
icons. Of course, you need to consider copyrights problem.

Just a suggestion.
