[DUG]: resizable panels?

Looking at  Windows Exlorer, for example, you can resise the various panels (panes?), e.g. the 'All Folders' and "Contents of' can be widened/narrowed by dragging the border between them across.    How do you do this in Delphi, this is probably pretty basic but I can't spot how to do it with the standard Delphi controls I have   tia
