I suspect your disk is dirty, or similar. I would do the following:

1. Copy the content of the CD onto a local hardisk, perhaps to a
sub-directory '\ceedee'
2. Map '\ceedee' to a drive, like 'G:'
3. Run G:\setup.exe
4. Proceed as normal.

I've also heard of problems with InstallShield on Win95 machines which are
setup for multiple users -- the install has to be done under the default
profile.

The support team (who are physically located in Sydney, so I can't just tap
somebody on the shoulder) can be contacted at 0800-442-132. I'm not sure if
help with an installation problem with Delphi 4 is a chargable task or not.

The NZ technical team (myself, Nic, and Richard) don't have access to the
same resources that the support team do -- sorry!
