Dear Luke,

It is hard. But you can count that time not once, but 100 or 1000 times as a
block.
I use TZprofiler as time counter. resolution is ca 10ns (=10^-8 s), based on
the cpu clock.
Author is A. Baars. I do not know where I got it. But you may contact the
author directly to request [EMAIL PROTECTED]
It is a free component with source code.
