PS: Does anybody know how Outlook Express decides whether or not it will
indent original messages with ">", or not?

That's the point. I don't have D5 Enterprise, and am trying to work out if
I should buy it to get a feature I don't know if I can use. I've looked at
Borland's web site and all I can find is a reference to the D3 feature
matrix, which says Business Insight is included in the Client/Server
edition. There isn't even marketing hype for the thing! Suggestions?
