Here's a trick that sometimes works on a window that is way off the screen.

 1. Make the window the front window e.g. CTL+ALT+W for the watch window.
 2. Bring up the system menu ALT+SPACE.
 3. Select move from the menu 
 4. use arrow keys to move windows back into the visible areas of screen.

Where the popup system menu appears usually indicates where the window is.

I tested this in D5.

i already deleted the .dsk file.
have to do it every time delphi passes out
