Now that I think about it (after having my first coffee of the morning, 5x
coffee + 1 sugar) I have other apps that actually work fine under D5 +
Win2K. It could be one of the handfull of third party components that I
use, or my own, thats causing the problem. That is something that I can
check myself.
I've done the delete the DCU and BPL thing but to no avail. I also remember
advising someone on a problem ages ago where the fix was to rebuild the
project (New project, add all used pas files to it) form scratch after
moving from D4 to D5. It's a long shot but I will give that a go to. If I
can do it progressively then I might spot what is actually causing the
problem.
On top of all that I have to wait till I get home tonight to test any
possible solutions :-( Oh, I wish I had a part-time day job instead of a
full-time one.
Nahum
BTW - Win2k is absolutely amazingly better than Win98 or NT4. My PC runs
about 30% faster then pre-Win2k as well. :)

To be honest, I dont know what the problem would be, but you could try any
of
these:
- delete all your DCU's and rebuild.
- delete all your other unneeded (ie, regenerated) files, and rebuild.
- package up the code, fire it over to me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), and I'll see
if I can
run/debug it. I dunno if you use any external components, but I have access
to
Raize 2.5c (?) - but thats about it.
