everyone can understand it.

Didn't they re-write several million error messages so that they were human
readable?  That would have taken a while.

Most people I know who are running it seem to wonder what MS spent so long
doing, and can't see much of a difference. A fresh install of NT4 runs
pretty quick too :-)
