Just one of many bugs in MDI.  With the launch of 95, MS said to 
developers not to use it... basically they did not want to fix it.  MS 
products that do use MDI design, dont use the windows-supplied 
api, they have a internal use only fixed suite.  And that is yet 
another reason why MS should have been split up years ago.  -)
