It sounds like it is a bug. I must admit I have come across some
similar show stoppers with ODBCExpress before. Try downgrading or look
for a new patch. Also send an email to the guys at ODBCExpress. They
take a few days, but usually it's because they go and test the issues
themselves thoroughly before replying.
