This seems to be a common enough problem in Delphi with dialog type messages
and from memory I have seen it in other applications, the particular problem
I noticed being when clicking the Help button in a MessageDlg to open the
Help file, and then not seeing the dialog after closing the Help file. But I
don't know of a solution other than alt-tabbing to the application, although
in the case of Help the answer might be to close the dialog automatically.
