If you recall, on friday (?) there was a discussion about Inprise losing
money. Try this link, and small explanation:

http://www.infotech.co.nz/current/nxinpr.html

net income of 22million (US) on revenue of $174.8 million

I had it explained to me (not by Inprise, or anyone "in the biz", but my
father :) ) that when it is said "Inprise lost $10mil on last years figures"
it normally means something like:

last years profit: 15million
this years profit: 5million

Which should be translated as "we didn't make as much as last year, but we
still made a profit".

FYI :)

Is it not a foolish man, said little Woo, who keeps all his chickens in his
trousers?
For at best, will he not suffocate his chickens, and, and worst, will he not
disappoint the ladies in the village? --Alexi Sayle
