TUtility is available from o2a.com and is basically a wrapper around
Borlands TUtil dll.

Hi Mark,

There is a utility for repairing Paradox tables floating around
somewhere.  I believe it is called tutil<something>.exe - I'll see if I
can hunt it down for you.  The other option is to use the Table Repair
utility in Paradox, if that is available.
