In some cases no, they havn't. In some cases, yes. The linux
"community" is full of brilliant minds, it's also full of spotty 14 year
old script kiddy wannaby l33t hax0r's j00 th1nk th3y'r3 d00dz.
The linux community by and large is an uncoordinated mess, however with
more and more people using cvs, sourceforge, and actually putting an
effort into manageing their projects, things are going nicely.
