What a right B$#@#(*&$(#
Turns out that once the password has been used to connect, it is no longer
valid and any attempt to reference the "password" in the ado connection
properties causes an Invalid Variant Operation error - It's a ADO thing
nothing to do with Delphi. Setting "Persist Security Info=Yes" does not help
either - This was using SQL server logins not NT logins.
