In case a hardware (i.e. OS/app/action independent) solution is 
desirable/viable, do a Web search for for GhostKey -- sits on the 
keyboard cable (or inside the keyboard) and captures 2MB of 
keypresses for subsequent review... Starts at $US139 per unit, the 
spooks love it.
