I got a reply from that guy that had the component that monitored the bytes
inj and out and he was using the code you mentioned. And he had no idea how
to do it using NT/2000 or 95.

I have an application that establishes and monitors RAS connections, however
I want to also monitor TCP-IP stats e.g. bytes in and out. I can't find
anything in the RAS API or Win API but it must be there because DUN displays
it when you have the connection info window displayed.
An old DDJ article I have talks about using HKEY_DYN_DATA perfstats but it
doesn't work on my Win95 machine, and only works on some Win98 machines.
Any ideas?
