No its ok....hehehe.... I created a Resource DLL and it added the project to
the project group, so it was making the DRC when I was compiling...agh...!!

I'm assuming this is a reference how you can open an EXE in say Resource
Editor and edit the resource strings, bitmaps etc. without recompiling.
