Nope, MIDAS is, AFAIK, a Enterprise thing - atleast thats what it says on
the web site. D5Ent comes with a development license for MIDAS, which is
what you need to develope it.

Licensing fee's are another matter - John Kaster has a big article on it on
the borland.com website

Basically, if you communicate accross the wire, you need to pay for a
license - if you just use local CDS's then you dont.
