Well, that was just the start - the current estimate for the damage (house,
contents, loss of work) is over $900,000. Then I had a disasterous trip to
India, in terms of flight cancellations, held hostage etc. Then all 4 kids
had severe allergic reaction to fleas as the rental house was infested with
ants, fleas and cockroaches. Then we ran out of water and no one would
deliver for two days. Then PNZ cut off the power, and we had to stay in a
motel for a few days. Had to shift houses. Ran out of water at new place,
again no delivery for days. Car accident, without a large enough car for two
weeks, no not my fault. Then kids come down with small pox. Then we have
theft at building site. Next 2 kids down with meningitis. Those are the
major events, there were numerous small disasters as well.

Everyone keeps telling us to invest in lotto tickets, the luck is bound to
turn :-)

Back to D3. I am not sure if this error would be noticed most times. Also,
at this stage I am not sure whether to blame the compiler, linker, cpu, or
windows.
Its just plain wierd. I am going to try and replicate it witha simpler
program..... well thats the third bug that I have to do this with. Could do
with 48 hrs in a day. :-)

Rohit

I've used D3 in the past with many loop constructs and never found a
problem. If what you say is true then the compiler is basically useless and
always was as for loops are about as essential as they come. Surely there
must be more to this than meets the eye. You poor long suffering person you
: ^D

PS how the house ? I heard you had some hot problems.

Paul
