It looks like Windows/2000 is "NT 5.0" so looking at the
OSVERSININFO returned by GetVersionEx() the
OSVERSIONINFO.dwPlatformID = 2 (same as NT) and the
OSVERSIONINFO.dwMajorVersion = 5
