You might also want to check the various versions of BDE installed on
the local machines. I had a case the other day where someone had BDE
v4.x and the other two people using the app had BDE v5.x. If the v4.x
started first, everything was fine. But if the v5.x started first, the
v4.x gave an error initializing BDE and failed to run.
