I gathered from my brief skim-read of the site that they are developing a
layer that intercepts the Windows API calls and runs the equivlant linux
related/based code.  It almost sounds like 'port your exe' rather than your
code.  You probably have to link it into your app though, which explains the
c or c++ requirements, I think.
