· Experience with GUI development in the Delphi environment. · Tertiary qualification in computer science, good mathematical skills and an interest in applied research · Knowledge and experience with object oriented design principles · Experience with development of software for the Microsoft Windows environment · Experience in using the Rational Unified Process of development · Ability to provide input on design aspects of other programming projects · Good written and oral communication skills · Ability to work independently and as member of a team Work experience is essential, the position would suit a person familiar with software design and implementation. Successful applicants will be part of a project team (including 8 or more programmers) and will need to interact with team members and the project leader on a regular basis.
