Carl I would like to answer that question firstly in my normal voice and
then in a squeaky high pitched whine...
Seriously though I will answer it two ways, firstly in consultant speak...
ConsltantSpeak := 'For the person with the correct fit our clients are
prepared to enter into reasonable negotiations.';
Secondly in normal speak...
NormalSpeak := 'If they like you enough, then expect to be offered more than
you are earning now.';
