As fars as I remember this feature has been in Delphi for a long time. The
idea is to allow the user to accelerate to a button very easily in
situations where you have confirmation dialogs with only buttons. For
example if you have a Yes No Cancel dialog you can just poke Y, N or C
rathye than mucking with the Alt key.
