We can do it here (CPIT) too. The help desk sends you a reply when you e-mail
them, then if you set up an autoreply on your incoming mail it sends the reply
back to the help desk, which then generates a new helpdesk job and e-mail
message. One day I set up the autoreply, the next day I e-mailed the helpdesk
and wondered why I started getting lots of responses for new helpdesk jobs.
Fortunately IT soon caught on and killed the new jobs.
