I've had minor hassles with third party components under these conditions,
but nothing a component reinstall (or rebuild of DPKs) couldn't fix.

I have run Delphi 4 and Delphi 5 trial under Win2K and 98 with no problems.
You can even take it a step further and compile Delphi 5 and 4 projects
simultaneously without any problems.
