Environment Delphi 5
Menu: Tools\Editor Option
Tab Code Insight\Code templates
You may do whatever you like as buttons suggested. And you can edit code in
code memo.

In your delphi editor, just keep press CTRL key, then type J.
You may get that information from Delphi 5 help file, in that index, just
type "code template".
