Hi all.
I am wanting to make an IDE Expert that has its own Menu Item.
I have some code from an old Delphi 3 book I have, but puts it in the Help
menu. the code is not a DLL but rather a component type of thing that you
install as a component, and it then inserts itself into the Help menu, but
as I say, I really want to have one thats its own Menu Item.
Can anyone help ??
