Couldn't find the Data portion with TNMSMTP component.
Do you have example code doing this.

All you should need to do is in the Data portion of the
messages (at the
beginning) put: X-Priority: 1
Priorities (at least for my mail client) show as 1 for
highest and 5 for lowest with 3 being normal.
