You might want to try setting your path variable (control
panel|system|advanced|environment variables, i think) to something shorter than the
usual c:\documents and settings\username\soemthing\temp. The problem with QR is that
the versions they release for D3-D5 had a fixed length pchar for the temp path - and
the Win2k default is too long for it, it overflows and gives this access violation.
