I am trying to set up my projects under D5 the way I had them
under D3.
Now it appears that the commandline compiler no longer uses
DCC32.CFG, instead it uses PROJECT.CFG. Which is fine,
except the darn IDE keeps fiddling with it. How can I have two
different setups, one for commandline (for production version) and
another for IDE (ie debugging) ?
