Firstly you need to make your app to be visible in system tray,
which can be done via some free Delphi components. Then implement Drag and Drop
events on those component.

Does anyone know how to Drag and Drop to the System Tray.
Basically, I want to drag a URL onto a Icon in the system tray and store
that URL in a MemoBox on the form.
I can drag and drop from a webbrowser to my App easily enough, but I want
the ability to have the app minimised in the system tray at times.
