DBHELP is (was?) a utility for XBASE tables which were (still are?)
supported
by the BDE as an alternative "desktop database" to paradox. If your app
is using
paradox tables i'm surprised it's using DBHELP.
I tried to find something about this on
http://community.borland.com/downloads/
but I keep getting "Too many users" errors.
