This IB 6.01 kit is known to have problems with the Windows 2000 Server and
is suspected to have problems with Windows 2000 Advanced Server, as well.
The problem is related to existing system msvcrt.dll being overwritten by
the one provided in the InterBase 6.01 kit. Our advise at this time is for
you to not install this kit on Win2k Server and Advanced Server platforms.
Please monitor this page for further updates.
Has anyone got around this issue? any ideas?
