Apache supports something called 'persistant cgi', I know that is how Zope
runs from apache, but i'm not exactly sure -what- pcgi is, or how it
differs, but from what i (assume) the pcgi app is always running, and so
may offer some ability to do connection pooling.  I'm dreaming thou
probably :P
