It's definitely the Visual Component Library help file (del5vcl.hlp) which
contains help for things like TEdit etc.

I guess you have a number of options. You could move the index files
(del5vcl.toc and del5vcl.cnt) to a backup directory in case they are
corrupted and then see if OpenHelp rebuilds them for you. You could also try
removing delphi5.GID which I think is the overall compiled index file and
get OpenHelp to rebuild it. Failing that your only options are probably to
copy help files from another machine, download them from Borlands website (I
think you can get updated versions?) or reinstall Delphi.
