Yes - much clearer now :-)
Please have a look at

The right mouse button menu now lets you size the
child window and the image separately. The image
doesn't "scale" it is just restricted to the
"image size" rectangle. If the image
rectangle doesn't fit in the MDI child you get
the scroll bars (and it scrolls properly).
One of these days you're going to have to reveal
what this thing is you have been working on
with all the little diagrams :-)
