I disabled preview and feel like I lost something. Real uncomfotable.
Why do not they do an option "Preview in plain text only". Simple and safe.
Not a rocket science but seems to be capable of protecting from the viruses.
Same kind of approach I suggested to DUG a while ago in order to discipline
some HTML format fans.
Scan DUG messages on the way in, detect HTML in the message body, if found -
bounce message back to the offender or simply ignore it, not letting message
to appear on the list.
I do not know about technicalities, but this seems to be straight forward
too. Taking into account increasing number of viruses around, this might be
something to ponder about for DUG admin.
Regards
Alex
