BoldSoft does it (www.boldsoft.com) but they charge quite a lot and from
memory you design the business objects and then their software builds your
database structure.

I have my own version of Business Objects which do it but they are fairly
crude and time intensive. I only use them for a particularly complex object
I have which is made of a large number of sub objects which need to be
modified simultaneously (and is therefore very unwieldy to manipulate in
Datasets).
