This does not answer your question directly, but you may want to have a look
at the freeware GXExplorer components. See
http://gxexplorer.namsys.com.au/gxexplorer/. See the "Developer FAQ's" in
the FAQ section for a list of the components. The TreeView and ListView
would probably be what you are looking for.
