Hi Steve, I went to www.delphi3000.com and typed mapi into their search engine. There where two examples there that should help you on your way. If you have not used this site before, you need to become a member first. Which simply involves registering your name etc. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Steve Aish Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2001 9:06 AM To: Multiple recipients of list delphi Subject: [DUG]: Mapi...What is the most painless way to get started. Good morning all, I am required to create an application that monitors a mailbox and pulls out attachments at regular intervals. I have written one in VB to do this for Groupwise quite successfully. What I now need to do is make this program work on Outlook as well. I also want to write it in Delphi (for various reasons). Does anyone know of a sample application or something that shows how Delphi deals with Mapi. (I am also reasonably new at Delphi).
