Try editing the .dsk file. look for modules section header and remove
everything from there.
Its a feature of Delphi that if it cant open a form it can cark it. I trust
you have saved the dfms as text -
If not use the convert utility in the delphi5\bin directory to convert to
text and then examine teh suspect form and fix.
