Theres an open source proggy called PasDoc which is so-so, the reports and
stuff it makes are semi ok from memory (web based), but from memory I
didn't like the way you structured your comments in the code.
Not sure of a URL, but you could find it on http://freshmeat.net - the last
time I looked there was source and linux binaries available, but I'm sure
theres windows ones....
